Reporting
*Reporting day and time: Monday at 08:40
*Place where student reports: Omnicom School – reception
*Documents needed when reporting: Letter of Acceptance, Passport, Visa (if applicable), Passport-size photo (2)

Placement Test
*Placement Test day and time: Monday at 09:00
*Where Placement Test takes place: Omnicom School – testing room
*Contents of Placement Test: Listening, speaking, reading comprehension, writing, grammar, structures

Orientation
*Orientation day and time: Mondays at 11:00
*Where Orientation takes place: Omnicom School – student lounge
*Contents of Orientation session:

Student cards – class times – schedules – curriculum - English only policy – lateness/absence policy - excursions – meeting staff and Senior Teacher – transport – bus/train passes – opening bank account, personal cheques, bankcard – medical insurance – telephones – finding way around Calgary – shopping – homestay responsibilities – student rules and regulations – computer lab – Fitness Centre
