tudents assessed at the advance level or higher, can enrol in our TOEFL iBT Preparation Program. In the program, students will equally focus on the different sections of the test including reading, listening, speaking and writing. The program will develop general English language skills to aide in performance on the TOEFL iBT test. Students have the opportunity to practice for the test using simulating software. The TOEFL iBT class also focuses on building general English skills with a particular emphasis on improving reading skills and vocabulary from context. The class makes use of a wide variety of sources from the media (newspapers, magazines, TV, movies), the internet and other specialized supplementary texts. This approach gives students a good balance between TOEFL- specific preparation and general academic English preparation.

What does the TOEFL iBT Preparation Program cover?
* Listening Comprehension - Develops the student's ability to understand spoken English
and familiarizes the student with the type of listening exercises on the TOEFL iBT.
* Written Expression - Allows the student to improve his/her written fluency and accuracy on any topic and in response to a wide variety of material.
* Vocabulary and Reading Comprehension - Develops the student's ability to understand written English with a focus on vocabulary expansion and reading strategies.
* Spoken Expression - Helps the student develop his/her ability to speak about any given topic in correct and meaningful English. * Test Strategy - Review of various test strategies along with practice exercises will help the student succeed on the TOEFL.
* Skills Integration - The iBT test requires that students use all of their skills together - for example, speaking in response to listening or reading, writing in response to listening.
Our program doesn't focus on skills in isolation; rather, the student will develop all their skills together, exercising their overall ability to communicate in English.
